SAUSAGE BREAD Baking Sausage/Hotdog Garlic Buns TBEO Recipe

Garlic Dough : 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup (125ml) warm milk 1 large egg, whisk 2 cups (250g) all purpose flour I'm using bigger bowl for easy stirring 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons chopped scallions/parsley Stir using strong spoon or Kitchen Aid or mixer with dough hook After 5 minutes stirring, the dough will be very soft Does not stick anymore on the bowl Cover for about 90 minutes On a table with flour Shape inan style=”text-decoration: underline;”>toan> a ball Garlic dough ready to use Divide into 4 Shape into oval buns Flatten lengthwise adjusting the length of the sausage Fold & press inward on both sides Add sausage on an style=”text-decoration: underline;”>toan>p Cover for 15 minutes Dab the buns with whisked egg If bubbles appear, prick with a toothpick Finely chopped parsley Dab sausages with oil Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20 – 25 minutes Golden brown, plump, smell good ! Serve with condiment if you like : ketchup/mayonnaise/mustard/hot sauce Soft fluffy delicious
