Divide the dough into equal sized (each weighing about 81 grams) and shape each one into a smooth ball Cover and let rest for 15 minutes Using a circular motion with the palm of your hand, gently roll the dough to create a ball shape Line a baking sheet with parchment paper Place the dough on a baking tray 2-inches apart

Cover and let rest for 40-50 minutes Just before placing the bread into the oven, brush it with the egg wash Heat the oven to 170℃, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffy and golden
