Keto-Carnivore Diet fasting bad breath solutions in less than 10 minutes!

Today's video is about the keto- carnivore fasting bad breath Yes, I said this video is about bad breath caused by fasting, keto, carnivore if you're new to my channel

I get a lot of emails from people Well not just emails but direct messages as well from you guys asking what to do about this problem and it's kind of funny because um, nobody really comments like leaves an open comment about this

It's always kind of you know, somebody will slide into my DM's and ask this and I get it I mean, it's embarrassing, you know, you have bad breath and so I figured instead of responding to everybody individually I would just make a video about it and this video I'm not going to go into what causes this because there are tons and tons of videos about what causes it I'll link some down below

This video is just about some tips as to how to deal with it I'm going to share with you guys what I do to deal with it, and I hope that helps you guys So if you're doing keto or you're doing keto carnivore A suggestion would be to up your vegetables Also

decrease your protein and decrease your fat a little bit Just play with that a little bit and see how that works for you Peppermint oil helps a lot

Gargle with peppermint oil Just drop a drop on your tongue or you can just gargle with it For those of you that are also dealing with the body odor aspect If you're doing carnivore diet You're gonna get that body odor if you're doing fasting for long periods of time Also, um Deal with the body odor A good thing to do would be and it's an easy thing Take more showers

Shower and morning Shower at night Take three showers if you have to

More showers and also drink more water Now if you are doing dry fasting and you're doing a hard drive fast My only recommendation for that would be Just do your dry fasting Your hard dry fasting Do it when you don't have to be around a lot of people Those are pretty standard suggestions, but I'd save my favourites to the end for you One of my favorite things that helps is a Waterpik

Invest in a Waterpik It's basically an oral hygiene appliance and it's similar to what they do when you go to your dentist appointment where they put that thing in your mouth and water gets sprayed all over your teeth and the water pik gets under your gums and you're gonna find like when I first started using the Water Pik I would brush my teeth and think that my my my mouth was clean and then I would use my water pik and all kinds of stuff was in the sink I couldn't believe the amount of food that was still in my mouth that was still stuck in my gums and I have some pockets in my gums So food always gets trapped like, you know steak always gets trapped

So the Waterpik actually washes it out It's a really really good investment You can buy them at Walmart Some department stores have them Drugstores have them you can get them on Amazon

So, I mean they're They're everywhere but I'll put a link down below to Amazon if you like you can get it from there if you want So I also brush my teeth more than usual Some people well, you're supposed to brush your teeth after every meal, but you know how many people really do that? But so I tried to brush my teeth after every meal and I brush my teeth when I wake up in the morning And I also put my teeth before I go to bed So just up your your oral hygiene up that and one of the things that my dentist suggested it to me, and I actually did ask What could be done about that breath was? She suggested um salt water rinses Another thing that I do is something called oil pulling and oil pulling has been around forever There are tons and tons of videos on oil pulling on YouTube and I would I think that I'm going to make a video on oil pulling in the new future because I love it I do it three to four times per week

When I first started I was doing it every day and I get it for two weeks and then I saw some videos suggested that it's not a good idea to do it every single day So now I do it three or four times a week So basically all you do is You do put the one tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth You swish it around for 15 to 20 minutes and then what you do is you spit it out in the garbage can

Do not spit it out in the sink because it can clog your drains and then you would just brush your teeth as normal Use your mouth wash as normal Whatever rinse that you prefer and that's about it And that actually helps quite a bit Do your research on that, but I find that oiling pulling helps as well

So those are my suggestions to help you guys get rid of your bad breath and just remember that this bad breath is not a bad thing Really? It is really just indicating to you that whatever it is if you're doing diet-wise the keto the carnivore the fasting that it's working and that's why you're getting the bad breath
