hi guys in this video I'll be making a low carb chocolate chip muffin and this recipe is based from fat for weight loss recipe and here are the ingredients preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 355 degrees Fahrenheit put one cup of sifted on Almond Flour in mixing bowl put 1/4 cup of organic sweetener then one teaspoon of baking powder by using a spoon mix all the ingredients crack two eggs in a mixture then whisk until well combined add around 40 to 50 ml of melted butter I melted the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds add one teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of almond milk when using organic almond milk as with all things natural sometimes sedimentation may occur so shake the pack to bring all the goodness together before pouring continue whisking until all the ingredients are distributed transfer the mixture in a jug Pour the mixture in a muffin pan I already lined it with muffin cups or cupcake cups and then put some dark chocolate cut into pieces on each cup just be sure not to put lots of dark chocolate on it because it will end up tasting bitter so just limit putting a small amount on it here I'm just sprinkling cinnamon sugar on top to add some flavor and sweetness place the muffin pan inside the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test this is a great keto snack or low-carb dessert that will definitely satisfy your cravings don't forget to subscribe to our Channel and thanks for watching bye
