You need both customer acquisition and recruitment, but recruitment will take you to the next level. whether your goal is to reach the next level in your trade, you need to make certain you're focused on the recruitment part of your trade. Your upline might even have told you how many people you need to get to join you to get the next grade in your trade.

Go through the big numbers

You will not be able to achieve your goals by slowly passing the numbers. You need to make certain you go through a large number when you want to get the recruitment numbers you want. Not only the big numbers will allow you to reach the people you need to get there faster, but also to help your team experience the momentum. When you gain momentum in your team, this will allow you to get to the next level.

Recruitment is just as difficult as it is done. whether you think it is difficult, it will be difficult. While you are recruiting, you will naturally acquire customers, so don't be afraid to give some samples to potential customers as they may not be ready to join yet, but they could become customers.
