What's for Dinner brought to you by Knorr Tonight we're cooking a recipe that will quickly become a family favourite – Tangy Chicken Casserole We're creating the delicious sauce for this dish using Knorr Creamy Mushroom Sauce

The first thing to do is get your oven preheated to 180 degrees Place the chicken pieces skin-side up in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and black pepper Pop these into the oven for 20 minutes until browned While those are roasting, combine the Knorr Creamy Mushroom Sauce, cream, water, mayonnaise and chutney in a bowl Set that aside for a moment while we move to the stove In a pan, lightly fry the onions and mushrooms for about 5 minutes

Remove your chicken from the oven, and scatter the onions and mushrooms over the top followed by the sauce Pop this back into the oven for about 30 minutes until the sauce has thickened and it's golden brown Now you're ready to serve delicious Tangy Chicken Casserole featuring Knorr Creamy Mushroom Sauce
